The Prairielands Council presents our Whitney M. Young Dinner, bi-annually to honor community leaders who advocate for creating opportunities for minorities to experience the Scouting program. This year's recipients are Dr. Marietta Turner, Mr. Peter McFarland, Drs. Linda and Larry Atherton, and Mr. Kyle Kietzmann.
