Reserve a Site at Camp Drake

Camp Robert Drake facilities are available for rental by Scout units and other organizations most weeks of the year.

Fee schedule

Reservations for many of our facilities can be started with the form on this web page. This will create a temporary hold on the requested site/cabin for one week. Your reservation is only confirmed, however, when payment is also received in our Champaign office. Online holds expire after one week without payment.

If the facility you request is already booked or otherwise unavailable, a staff member will contact you.

Reservations for the dining hall, swimming pool/showerhouse, rifle range, or canoes cannot be submitted online. Questions on camp facility reservations can be answered by Glenn Overby at our council office, 217-531-3010.

By submitting this online reservation request, you acknowledge that the reserving group will comply with all Camp Drake Rules and Regulations and all Boy Scouts of America Youth Protection policies (including Two-Deep Leadership) during your stay.
