The Klondike Derby is a winter-weather campout. The weekend is full of fun skill-testing. But the highlight is the Klondike Derby itself.
Think of the Klondike as a big kid's Pinewood Derby outdoors in winter. A Boy Scout Troop builds a sled to run in snow or dirt. Then, there are timed heats - the boys pull the sled while one of them sits inside! |
