Council Volunteer Leadership Celebration!


Please join us in recognizing top volunteers for their dedicated service to youth in Scouting.  We will be honoring the District Award of Merit recipients and the Silver Beaver Recipients.   Reservations are due by Friday, October 28, 2016.    Event is Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Forum at Carle.  Doors open at 4 p.m. and program will begin at 4:15.   Hors d’oeuvre reception will follow immediately after program.  The cost of the celebration is $15.00 per person.

Popcorn Sales


Popcorn sales are coming to a close on Friday, October 28th.  Make sure you are getting in contact will all your sellers during the last week of sales.  There are still Mystery Houses that have not been discovered. 

As a reminder refer to this handy checklist for items due on Friday.


  • All Show & Deliver Sales Money Due to Council Service Center
  • All Show & Deliver Returned Product Due to the Council Service Center
  • All Take Orders Due to the Council Service Center
  • All Prize Orders Due to the Council Service Center (Units doing cash option can still get patches and High Achiever Prizes)
  • Unit Master Record Sheet or Spreadsheet with Individual Scout Totals


Remember that while Take Orders are by the CONTAINER, Show and Deliver returns are done by the case.

All military donations need to be submitted as a Take Order.


Make sure to get signed up to help sort orders November 11 or a pick up time November 12.  Please double check that we have your pick up location correct for either Champaign, Danville, or Watseka.

Also, please make sure to check that we have your Unit down for the correct commission with prizes or cash option.
